Given the complexity of selling on a large scale into eBay, mastering that channel before any other was our top development priority.

Channel Velocity built its eBay features along several lines:

• The system must minimally handle hundreds of thousands of SKU's as easily as a few dozen.
• The system must work within multiple countries, currencies, languages, and Seller IDs.
• Image capture and data entry must be reduced to 10%-20% of previous time required to merchandise and list an item.
• Customer support must be highly automated.
• The system should be a true concurrent multi-user.
• The system cannot have the latency associated with web-applications.

What Channel Velocity delivers is a system capable of all these things. CV system is built with current Microsoft .NET technology and utilizes an internet enabled client server windows application.
